Rigid Pour Foam

is a polyurethane blend that is filled in place into a cavity whereafter it foams.

The variety of products and quality types is very wide.
From the light types - density down to 8 kg/m³ up to the heavy types - density up to 300 kg/m³ of free rise foam.

By overpacking you can further vary density and quality. Integral skin foams are also available.

The blowing agents are mainly carbon dioxide alone, or together with other chemicals such as fluorocarbons or pentanes. With respect to fluorocarbons there are legal regulations to be considered.

Some products are flame-retarded either direct in the polyurethane or by additives. Several products have certificates from Technical Institutes and Type Approval certificates from  Det Norske Veritas, internationally recognized Nordic Certification Institute.

All types of mixing equipment as well as hand blends can be used.

Again due to the very big variety, please contact us for details.
